How we workSix steps, in order

The date, then the plan, then the number.

In that order, because it is the order that respects your time. Nobody needs a package PDF before they know whether the studio is free.

  1. You send the date

Month, city, roughly how many events. That is enough. You do not need the venue booked or the guest list settled.

  2. We answer the date, in writing, usually the same day

Free or not free. If we are not free we say so straight away instead of stalling, and we will tell you what to look for in whoever you book instead.

  3. We read your timeline and plan the crew against it

Where two things happen at once there are two cameras; where nothing happens for ninety minutes there are not. The figure comes out of this and arrives with the reasoning attached.

  4. A call before anyone signs

Twenty minutes on how you want the day to feel and how much camera you actually want in your face. Some couples want to forget we are there; some want to be directed. It changes the plan and it changes the quote.

  5. Eight weeks out, the details that get forgotten

The family-frame list. The relative flying in. The ritual specific to your family that an outsider would not recognise. Written down while it is still an abstract task rather than in the week of the wedding.

  6. After: a teaser, then the set, then the film

With the specific dates in the contract before you book, not estimated afterwards. A studio that will not put delivery dates in writing is telling you something about its backlog.

What we will not do

A short list, and we mean it.

We will not sell you a named lead and send somebody else. Whoever is shooting your wedding is named in the contract.

We will not fire flash into a ritual repeatedly because it is the fast solution. A single controlled light, placed before the room fills, is better work and less intrusive.

We will not publish your wedding without asking. Some families would be genuinely upset, and that decision is yours and written down before the day.

We will not show you work that is not ours to show. This site has no photographs on it for exactly that reason.

Questions couples ask

What happens after we enquire?

The date is answered first, in writing, usually the same day — free or not free. Then a coverage plan built from your timeline with a figure attached, then a call before anyone signs anything. We do not send a package PDF and wait.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. Bengaluru and Karnataka are home ground; Goa, Kerala and the rest of South India are regular; destination weddings and shoots in Sri Lanka, Thailand and Bali are quoted with crew travel and stay as a visible separate line rather than folded into the headline figure.

What if you are not free on our date?

We say so immediately rather than stalling to see whether a better enquiry arrives, and we will tell you what to look for in whoever you book instead.

EnquireA written answer the same day

Tell us the date. We will tell you if it is free.

The month, the city and roughly how many events. That is enough for a real answer about the date and a coverage plan with a figure on it.

What happens after you send this

  1. The date, answered first. Free or not free, in writing, usually the same day. If we are not free we say so instead of stalling, and we will say what we would look for in whoever you book instead.
  2. A coverage plan for your events, not a package number. Which events need two cameras and which need one, where the light runs out, and what that comes to. The figure arrives with the reasoning attached.
  3. A call before anyone signs anything. Twenty minutes on how you want the day to feel and how much camera you actually want in your face. Some couples want to forget we are there; some want to be directed. The answer changes what we quote.
