What happened
The honest shape of it is this.
A small set of favourites, colour corrected, within about two weeks, because you want something to show people while the wedding is still being talked about.
The full set, colour corrected, at around eight weeks, because a full Indian wedding is thousands of frames and culling and correcting them properly takes the time it takes.
A short film at eight to twelve weeks.
A long form film at twelve to sixteen.
Speeches and rituals uncut at around twelve weeks if you asked for them.
What matters is not our numbers but that your studio commits to numbers at all, in the contract, before the booking.
A studio that will not put delivery dates in writing is telling you about its backlog.
And ask what happens if they miss them, because a date with no consequence attached is a wish.
Why we are writing this down
Most of what a wedding cinema and photography learns disappears into the next booking. We write it down instead, so the next family asking the same question gets a real answer rather than a brochure.

What happens after you send this
- The date, answered first. Free or not free, in writing, usually the same day. If we are not free we say so instead of stalling, and we will say what we would look for in whoever you book instead.
- A coverage plan for your events, not a package number. Which events need two cameras and which need one, where the light runs out, and what that comes to. The figure arrives with the reasoning attached.
- A call before anyone signs anything. Twenty minutes on how you want the day to feel and how much camera you actually want in your face. Some couples want to forget we are there; some want to be directed. The answer changes what we quote.
